Terms & Refund Policy

Last updated · 11 September 2026 · For the Global Sixty · Founding Class · New York, 15–18 April 2027

By submitting an application to the Global Sixty and (if admitted) completing payment, you agree to the terms below. These are intentionally short and written in plain language. If anything is unclear, write to info@youthimpacts.com.

1. The contract

A binding contract is formed when Youth Impacts confirms your seat by successful payment of the Global Sixty fee following an offer of admission. The contract is between Youth Impacts International (the "organiser") and the named delegate (the "delegate"). For delegates under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms on the delegate's behalf.

2. Tiers

TierPrice (USD)Includes
Delegate$2,999Three nights at the Global Sixty hotel (shared twin room), all sessions and masterclasses, the United Nations Headquarters visit, chauffeured transfers, all meals, the closing gala, the Global Sixty kit, portraits and film, and Global Sixty membership
Delegate, Private$3,999Above, with a private room, a seat at the speakers' dinner, priority committee role assignment and one guest seat at the closing gala
Delegate, Excellency$4,999Above, with the Manhattan helicopter flight, a limousine tour of New York, private-car arrivals and departures, the head table at the closing gala with two guest seats, first choice of country, a private breakfast with the founder and guest speakers, and the Excellency kit

Flights, visas, personal insurance and personal spending are not included. Where an included activity (for example the helicopter flight on the Delegate, Excellency tier) cannot run for weather, safety or operator reasons, we will provide a substitute activity; no partial refund applies.

3. Refund schedule

We honour the UK / EU statutory 14-day cooling-off period and a transparent schedule beyond that. The clock starts on the day your payment clears.
If you cancel…You receive
Within 14 days of payment (UK/EU cooling-off)100% refund, no questions
More than 60 days before the induction (i.e. on or before 13 February 2027)75% refund
14–60 days before the induction (i.e. 14 February–1 April 2027)50% refund
13 days or fewer before the induction (i.e. from 2 April 2027)No refund except documented exceptional circumstances (medical, bereavement, visa refusal — see section 4)

Refund requests must be made by email to info@youthimpacts.com. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days.

4. Exceptional circumstances

If you must cancel within 13 days of the induction due to documented illness, bereavement of an immediate family member, or visa refusal, we will refund 75% of your fee on presentation of supporting documentation. Decisions are made at our reasonable discretion.

5. If we cancel

If Youth Impacts cancels or substantially changes the dates of the induction for reasons within our control, you receive a full refund. If cancellation is due to events outside our reasonable control (extreme weather, public-health restrictions, venue unavailability), we will offer the choice of (a) a full refund of fees paid to us, or (b) a credit valid for the next Global Sixty induction. We are not liable for incidental costs (flights, separately-booked hotels, visa fees).

6. Travel, visas, insurance

Delegates are responsible for their own visas, travel, and personal insurance. We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation. We will issue a letter of invitation for visa applications upon written request after payment is confirmed.

7. Code of conduct

Fellows are expected to behave respectfully toward one another, guest speakers, hotel staff and guests. Discrimination, harassment, any consumption of alcohol by delegates, and unauthorised press are grounds for immediate removal from the induction without refund. Global Sixty membership may be withdrawn for serious breaches.

8. Photography & media

By attending, you grant Youth Impacts the right to take and use photographs and video of the induction for promotional purposes. Your personal portraits and film are yours to keep and share. If you wish to opt out, notify us at registration and we will make reasonable efforts to exclude you from published material.

9. Limitation of liability

Our liability for any single claim is limited to the fee you paid. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud — as required by applicable law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. For consumers ordinarily resident in the UK or EU, mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country still apply.

11. Changes

If we change these terms in a way that materially affects rights you have already paid for, we will email you and offer a refund window if you do not accept the changes.
