High school and university students worldwide, typically aged 15 to 22 in April 2027. No previous Model UN experience is required. One accompanying advisor for a delegation of minors. Advisors make their own arrangements, or Youth Impacts arranges hotel and transfers from $1,500; the delegate programme is not included.
Delegations book their own flights. Arrive by late morning on Wednesday 21 April. Depart any time on Sunday 25 April. Airports: JFK, Newark (EWR) or LaGuardia (LGA). Transfers are included.
Same-gender twin rooms. Delegates under 18 share only with delegates under 18, and university delegates share with university delegates. Room lists are set by Youth Impacts, never by request, and shared with families before arrival.
Country within fourteen days of confirming. The Committee Background Guide and the Delegate Handbook by 1 March 2027. Position papers due 1 April 2027. Everything is in English; no certificate required.
Consent, medical and dietary, photography and insurance forms are completed in each delegate portal after admission, or routed through the advisor on request.
No commitment. We reply within 72 hours with the delegation guide.
Advisors who already have a roster can submit the whole delegation through the delegation form and receive a single confirmation and invoice.
