An international platform for cultivating young diplomats, scholars and changemakers — through Model UN convocations engineered with the rigour of the institutions they emulate.
Youth Impacts exists to train the next generation of global leaders — not to host another conference. We believe that leadership is a craft, that diplomacy can be taught, and that the right room with the right people changes a young person's trajectory permanently.
YIMUN is the flagship of that work: an intensive, deliberately small training program where high school and university students are mentored by chairs who have been through every kind of chamber, on every continent.
Most MUN conferences chase scale. We chase depth. By limiting cohort size and focusing on a single committee, every delegate gets meaningful speaking time, real mentorship and the kind of feedback that actually changes how they speak, write and lead.
If you've ever sat in a 400-delegate chamber and never spoken — you understand why we built it this way.

Every session — debate, workshop, mentor circle — is designed as deliberate practice. You're not attending; you're being trained.
Small cohorts. Real mentorship. Meaningful speaking time. We grow delegates, not delegate counts.
Hofstra University. The United Nations Headquarters. New York City. The setting changes what you walk away believing about yourself.
YIMUN delegates come from public schools, private schools, international schools, undergraduate programmes and graduate programmes — across more than thirty countries. Some are first-time MUN delegates. Some have a shelf of gavels. The thing they share is seriousness about the craft.
Awards are presented separately for high school and university delegates, so recognition is fair and meaningful at every level. Beyond awards: every delegate leaves with a certificate of participation and the kind of confidence that holds up in any room.
Seats are intentionally limited. Submit your application and our admissions committee will be in touch within 72 hours.
