Eligibility.

Open to high school and university students worldwide. No previous Model UN experience required — beginner, intermediate and advanced delegates are all welcome and judged within their own cohort.

Applicants should be 14+ years old at the start of the convocation. High school applicants under 18 will need a guardian's consent. Awards are presented separately for the high school and university tracks so that recognition is fair at every level.

Fees & inclusions.

The delegate fee covers all training workshops, committee sessions, the official UN Headquarters visit, the welcome dinner, the social night, the closing ceremony, the New York City tour and the certificate of participation.

Travel to and from New York and lodging are not included in the delegate fee, but admitted delegates receive a recommended-accommodation list with negotiated rates.

Financial aid: a limited number of need-based scholarships are available. Indicate interest in the application form below — admissions will follow up with the full process.
